Founded by Louise Eagle
My background is in FMCG, where I spent over 20 years working across global blue-chips and fast-paced start-ups. Much of my work centred on shaping strategy, driving profitability, and aligning stakeholders in complex, high-pressure environments.
It gave me a clear understanding of how businesses really operate and how success depends not just on the strength of the plan, but on whether people are aligned and working smoothly together.
My own career change
In 2017, I began studying Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. What started as a personal interest quickly became something more, as I saw the value this science brings to the world of work. It focuses on what helps us thrive, show up at our best, and navigate challenges with resilience and strength.
This marked a turning point in my career. I shifted my focus, continued to deepen my learning, and in 2021 founded Eagle CoCo. I’m passionate about creating environments where people can flourish in their work.
